Refund policy
Hello my wonderful artandotherstuff.com shoppers! Only unused, unworn items with tags attached, will be issued a store credit or exchange and only if claim is made within no more than 7 days of delivery date. If item is damaged upon delivery, a claim must be made on date of delivery. Customer must show proof of delivery date, and forward all information/inquiries to our email: contactus@artandotherstuff.com. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to requesting a store credit or exchange. Just send an email with all of your information. We do not give cash refunds, but we will do everything in our power to remedy any unsatisfactory product experience. Thank you for your business.
